The Edinburgh Kiltwalk promises to be the most emotional of them all.
Walkers will enter Murrayfield Stadium through the South tunnel, walk the length of the pitch in front of the main stand to the strains of a lone piper, before crossing the finishing line the applause of their fellow walkers, family and friends.
Plus Sick Kids Friends Foundation have been added as a partner and will receive a share of the proceeds

We've got 3 options so hopefully a walk to suit everyone...
1. The Kiltwalk, 26 miles
Starting in front of the main stand inside the famous old stadium, we'll be led out of Murrayfield by Scottish rugby legend Chris Paterson and massed pipes and drums. From there we head North along Sustrans pathways towards Cramond. Along the Forth towards Newhaven, through the Shore/Leith, along Portobello promenade, back into town through Holyrood Park, past Parliament and return onto the sustrans pathway to finish in Murrayfield Stadium.
2. The Half Kilt, 13 miles
The same route as the main walk until Trinity/Newhaven when you'll turn back towards Murrayfield via the Sustrans path network. Starting later but timed to join up with the 26 mile walkers as they finish, so that everyone samples the same emotional welcome at Murrayfield
3. The Wee Walk, 10km
With Chris Paterson
Perfect for families, children and people simply not ready for the longer walks, the Wee Walk starts at Cramond and heads back along the route of the two main walks to finish at Murrayfield. Starting later and timed to finish at the same time as the longer walks so that everyone samples the same emotional welcome at Murrayfield.
IMPORTANT - REGISTRATION FOR ALL 3 DISTANCES WILL CLOSE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
