Now that Tian Tian and Yang Guang are settled in nicely at Edinburgh Zoo we’re going in the opposite direction!

That’s right, we’re off to China in our kilts!

What’s it all about?

We’re offering 40 people the opportunity of a lifetime, to trek through the awe-inspiring countryside of China as you wind up and down the ancient stony path.

Hiking in China will be challenging but the rewards are spectacular, and the memory of a trip to the Great Wall will stay with you forever.

• Climb thousands of steps of wall a day
• Trek through mountainous landscape and witness rural China
• Explore the hustle and bustle of Beijing and the Forbidden City

Walking for Scotland’s children....and China’s children too

As always your efforts will benefit The Kiltwalk’s partner charities CHAS, Aberlour, CLIC Sargent and TACC.

Additionally for this Kiltwalk we’ve decided that 20% of the proceeds will be donated to a local children's charity in China, which we’ll visit as part of the itinerary and throw a bit of a Scottish party for the children.

To sign up the registration fee/deposit is £295, and in addition we ask you to commit to raising a minimum sponsorship amount of £2,750 for The Kiltwalk (including the £295).
